• Coupons/Discounts: Any promotional codes or coupons must be applied at the time of checkout. They cannot be applied retroactively to completed bookings.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

We understand that plans can change. However, our time is valuable.

• Cancellations: You may cancel or reschedule a consultation up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any penalty.
• No-Shows: If you fail to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
• Refunds: Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
